DEI has destroyed a lot of professions. One company I worked for tried this about 22 years ago. They flat out told white people at the company that they couldn’t apply for a couple of roles. They would be hiring black people for them. Hearing that was absolutely awful. The forced a very unqualified black woman into a manager spot over a very high tech group. She was so bad that she got fired in 2 months. She started getting ghetto and was trying to intimidate some of the men on her team. She was so unprofessional. She thought the white men would just kiss her ass because she was black. Nope. They did not. After several complaints to HR she was gone. We need to hire the best people for the job. That’s the way it is supposed to be.
